Our multi-disciplined team of professionals consists of Cost Estimators, Construction Managers, Architects, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Environmental Engineers.

Our firm has experience in cost estimating, construction management, project management, project scheduling (using Suretrack, P3 and P6), change order process, and value engineering.  

What We Do

* Our firm can create/develop detailed and accurate "Conceptual Program Budgets" for both Military and Private Sector projects whether they are Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build projects. 

* Our firm can create/develop Detailed Cost Estimates in parallel with the development of the Request For Proposal (RFP) before project solicitation using one of, or a combination of such estimating software programs to include PACES and SUCCES ESTIMATOR ensuring that the current project does not exceed the Program Budget Amount.

* Our firm can create/develop Value Engineering (VE) detailed cost estimates per the recommendation of client's VE study team to include life cycle cost analysis, sustainable design and construction analysis.

* Our Construction Management team members are experienced in creating/developing construction project schedules using Suretrack or Primavera 6.

* Our firm can assist clients in creating/developing Estimates for any Change Orders both in Design and Construction phases. Our multi-disciplinary team fully understands the contract modification process whereas a Cost Position needs to be established so as the Client's Cost Position can be compared from the Contractor's Cost Position.

*Our firm can provide Project Engineering services for Military Projects to include the preparation of Preliminary 1391 plus PCE, Field Investigations, Field Surveys, Field Verification, Cost Loaded Schedules, Construction Schedule Analysis, etc.
